The Foker Cast Iron Gas Wok Burner is mounted in a single solid cast iron frame. Great for Wok cooking in the garden or why not take it with you on camping or caravan trips for delicious outdoor cooking. The triple ring burner system can create really high temperatures for high heat cooking making it ideal for wok or paella cooking. There are three valves which independently control each burner. This gives you control over the flames for getting the cooking temperatures you desire from a fast boil to a simmer. The gas burner will run on Butane or Propane gas. A standard 8mm hose and regulator will need to be purchased separately to link the burner up to your gas bottle. We recommend propane gas as it burns hotter which makes it better for cooking.
