The gas can be ignited using the push and turn electronic ignition and the temperature can be adjusted by turning the control knob. The external housing is a high-temperature black powder-coated steel with a die-cast aluminium frame and three foldable 430 stainless steel legs. The interior is 430 stainless steel with a cordierite pizza stone. Cordierite is an extremely durable mineral known for its ability to handle extreme temperatures well and is thermal shock resistant.
