This LawnMaster drum shredder features a powerful cutting drum that can handle branches up to 42mm in diameter. Driven by the T-Drive system, the durable cutting drum rotates against a steel plate at a speed of 45rpm making this shredder much quieter than rapid or impact shredders. Use the chippings either as a mulch in the garden to help suppress weeds, enhance nutrients and retain soil moisture. Or simply shred to reduce volume for compact disposal in your composter or green waste bin. Comes with a feeding stick to help push leafy material into the shredder and keep hands safely out of the hopper and cutting drum. Jams can easily be cleared using the reverse setting or by opening up the hopper with the hex key provided. Overload cut out protects the motor from overheating. Features a strong steel frame construction, extra large 60L collection box, and large wheels for better manoeuvrability. The hopper can be removed from the frame and stored inside the collection box when not in use.
